Building her career at the intersection of legal, security, and technology, Janalyn is proud to have started DPS Privacy Advisors in 2016 - it's the culmination of her experience leading highly productive consulting teams while she was a Partner at Deloitte, Managing Director at Navigant, and Vice President of Xerox Litigation Services, a division of Xerox Global Services.

 

Her goal: provide clients with practical strategies to protect the trust of their customers and mitigate financial and legal risks to their organization.

 

Helping clients realize business and cost benefit from integrating technology and adaptable workflows into their compliance programs, Janalyn leads the firm in creating actionable data protection programs through her firm’s innovative “Privacy Expert on Demand” service and regulation-specific consulting services, including AI Governance programs. 

 

She is also a co-founder of Logical AI Governance (LAiG), where she specializes in building and delivering hands-on training to empower businesses to understand and effectively implement and manage AI Governance frameworks.

 

Janalyn has testified as an Expert Witness in the Montana Fourth Judicial District Court; presents regularly at prominent events, including the IAPP’s Global Privacy Summit (GPS) and IAPP Privacy Security Risk (PSR) conferences; and was appointed to the IAPP Education Advisory Board. She is a graduate of Vassar College.
